Succesfull hosting of the Annual General Meeting

On 19th July 2025, the Bible Society of Zambia successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Government Complex in Lusaka. The event brought together members, partners, and stakeholders from across the country to reflect on the Society’s milestones and chart a course for the future.

The meeting was marked by strong member participation, with over 150 attendees who showed great enthusiasm and commitment to the Bible Society’s mission. Key highlights included the presentation of the 2024 annual report, financial updates, and strategic plans for Bible translation, distribution, and digital engagement.

One of the most celebrated achievements was the successful progress of local language Bible translations and increased reach through digital platforms.

The AGM concluded on a high note, with members re-affirming their dedication to making the Bible accessible to every Zambian. The event stood as a testimony to what can be achieved through unity, prayer, and purpose-driven leadership.
